Nestled at one end of Jinvara is the Secret Grove – a 20,000 sq.ft landscaped garden designed for intimate social gatherings, exhibitions, shows, pop-ups and other events. The open-to-sky space is equipped with a 420 sq.ft stage for theatre, music, dance and stand-up comedy performances, a state-of-the-art sound and light setup, an independent commercial kitchen and guest restrooms.

420 SQFT STAGE
The 24 by 16ft stage sits in the center of The Secret Grove against the south wall. Beautiful brickwork creates a striking backdrop for a platform on which all types of entertainers can perform from dancers to actors to musicians and singers. During the day, green trees surround the stage and contrast the red brickwork. At night it is lit up from all angles casting beautiful shadows. Being slightly raised, it elevates the performance space without detaching the stage from the rest of The Secret Grove.

HIGH-END RESTROOMS
Spacious men and women restrooms featuring large mirrors, three hammered copper basins and two lavatory stalls are nestled in one corner of The Secret Grove. A wood paneled ceiling and coloured glass ensures complete privacy. Ceiling lights and wall lights illuminate the mirrors, providing ample lighting from all angles. Patterned tiling and the textured glass adds character. Restrooms are accessible for handicapped persons who are also able to enter the venue from a ramp on the far right end.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
A fully equipped kitchen is available for catering. Within is shelving for storage, a large fridge, sink, two freezers, four stoves, and a stainless steel island working bench. Ceiling fans and wide windows allow for plenty of air circulation. The kitchen sits right behind the verandah with doors on both sides for easy access. Staff restrooms are just across the kitchen and a driveway runs right up to the door from the back. The ample lighting and open space creates an area for caterers to work comfortably and efficiently.

STATE-OF-THE-ART SOUND AND LIGHT SETUP
The verandah features a glass ceiling and intricate cast iron pillars which overlook The Secret Grove. A buffet table runs along the wall from which food and beverages can be served, and tables and chairs are perched along the edge. Three ceiling fans are lined along the center and 12 pendant lights hang from the beams. Backlights illuminate the food and beverage buffet table. Further out in the courtyard, yellow lights illuminate the brick walls, stage and tamarind trees. A state of the art Bose sound system projects surround sound throughout The Secret Grove.
